Father and Son Playing

You don’t remember the last time you had a good night’s sleep.

If someone asks, you probably laugh and say, “Before kids, I guess.”

You’ve tried everything. You’ve read the tips, asked for advice, maybe even attempted strategies that didn’t feel right for your family. Letting your child “just cry it out” doesn’t sit well with you, but you’re not sure what else to do.

If your child is over 2 years old and sleep still feels like a constant struggle, you’re not alone.

At this point, maybe you’ve started to accept that sleep just isn’t something that’s working right now. You tell yourself they’ll grow out of it eventually.

But in the meantime, everyone is getting more exhausted by the day.

Bedtime feels like a battle, nights are unpredictable, and mornings come too quickly.

And you’re left wondering how much longer you can keep going like this.

What if things could feel different?

What if bedtime didn’t feel like something you dreaded every night?

What if your child started falling asleep more easily and sleeping through the night more often?

And what if you were able to get real rest too?

Imagine what would change if your whole family wasn’t running on empty. More patience. More connection. More energy for learning, play, and the moments that actually matter.

Sleep doesn’t just change the night. It changes everything.

This is where the Rested Family Framework comes in.

This is not a one-size-fits-all program or a cookie cutter sleep plan. Your child is unique, and your approach should be too.

You are the expert on your child. My role is to guide, support, and help you build a plan that actually works for your family, your routines, and the values that matter most to you.

Together, we’ll look at the full picture, from your child’s sleep patterns and environment to the small, meaningful changes that can make a big difference.

And we’re not just focusing on your child’s sleep. We’re focusing on yours too.

Because after months or even years of broken sleep, your nervous system has been on high alert. Even when your child starts sleeping better, it can take time for your body to catch up. You deserve support with that too.

This is about creating lasting change for your whole family.

Here's the plan...

The Rested Family Framework

A step-by-step approach to help families improve sleep while supporting better behavior, learning, and overall well-being.

Step 1: Understand & Stabilize

Start by looking at the full picture of what’s impacting sleep. This includes identifying environmental factors, patterns of behavior, and ruling out any medical concerns.

Step 2: Build the Foundation

Once we have a clear understanding, we start implementing the core changes that support better sleep.

Step 3: Practice During the Day

Sleep is not just about what happens at night. Daytime skills play a huge role.

Step 4: Teach Independent Sleep

Now we focus on helping the child fall asleep and stay asleep more independently.

Step 5: Support the Parent

A rested family includes the parent, too.

In this final step, we focus on the caregiver’s sleep and well-being

Common Questions

Where do sessions take place?
All sessions are held virtually over Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your home without adding more stress to your schedule.

What ages do you work with?
This program is designed for children over 2 years old, typically through about 6 years old. That said, older children may still benefit depending on their needs, so we can talk through your situation during the consult call.

What if it doesn’t work?
I stand behind this process and want you to feel confident moving forward. If you don’t see progress, there is a money-back guarantee, so there’s no risk in getting started.

Do you take insurance?
At this time, services are private pay. All major credit cards are accepted.

How quickly will we see changes?
Many families start to see improvement within the first couple of weeks, especially once foundational changes are in place. Sleep is a process, and we focus on steady, sustainable progress rather than quick fixes.
