I'm so glad you're here!
That means you already know you don’t have to go through this alone.

When kids aren’t sleeping, it usually means no one is sleeping, and the whole family feels it. Poor sleep isn’t just about being tired during the day. It can impact physical health, mental health, learning, development, and behavior.

If you’re a professional, you see it from another angle.
You know how much sleep impacts your learners’ behavior, attention, and progress. When sleep is off, everything feels harder.
Restful Kids offers self-paced training, continuing education for BCBAs, and one-on-one collaboration to help you confidently address sleep in your work.

Meet Lindsay
Hi, I’m Lindsay Anderson. I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Certified Behavioral Sleep Practitioner, and yoga teacher.

Outside of work, I love dogs, going to the beach, and eating large amounts of guacamole any chance I get.

I help exhausted families reduce bedtime battles and get more consistent nights of sleep using practical strategies that feel supportive and realistic.

Over the past 15 years working with children and families, I’ve seen how deeply sleep challenges can affect everything from learning and mood to daily routines and relationships.

That’s why I created Restful Kids. My goal is to empower families with gentle, effective strategies that actually fit into their lives, so everyone can start getting the rest they deserve.
